This course provides a pathway to work in any International Education Agency within the Education sector as a Manager or Owner. The diversity of employers includes Education Agents, Migration Agents, Educational Institution Admissions Offices, Student Services etc. This course allows for multiskilling and for specialisation in student services and education recruitment management.
The course reflects the role of an up-to-date skilled Agent Manager or Owner who use a broad range of management and administration skills combined with a sound knowledge of the International Education industry to manage the daily operations of an education agency. The Trainee Manager/Owner could manage an International Education Agency team and/or become an International Education Agency owner. Based on previous experience, the individual could also operate independently, with responsibility for others and make a range of operational business decisions.
